Automated Feedback

Create Feedback

The LMSA Kit includes an Easy Snippet Runtime. This means, it can run scripts that build individual feedback messages. The scripts are created with the Easy Snippet Feedback Edit (ESF Edit). This function can be found behind the entry Feedback in the main menu. There is the sub-entry Generate Feedback. A new dialog window opens, which guides you through the feedback generation process.

In the first field you specify the snippet executable (* .sxe). This is the construction manual of the feedback created in the ESF Edit. The field below must specify an output directory in which the generated feedback messages are saved. A separate text file is created for each user, the name is the unique user ID. The buttons with the "..." on the right hand side of the text boxes open either a file or directory selection dialogs that help you to specify the locations.

In the next section the feedback receivers can be selected. The text informs you about the number of people for whom a feedback should be created at the moment. Clicking on the button opens a new dialog box in which you can specify the individual persons who should receive feedback. As a final option, you can decide whether to start sending the feedback immediately after it has been generated. If the checkmark is set, the feedback sending utility will be opened after the feedback has been generated successfully.

Seending Feedback

The utility for sending feedback messages implemented in the LMSA Kit is currently being revised. The documentation will be added as soon as the development is completed.
